Tesseract library 6.0.4 queries

Hi,

     We are using tesseract library version 6.0.4 to scan image(cards) in our project. As we tested this is match our requirement. And we found it is a open source but we have few queries.

 1) Is there any Licensing cost to use this library for commercial purpose?

 2) For processing its taking long time, Is there any way to increase the performance of scanning.

Tesseract-ocr stable version is 3.05.01 and development branch is for 4.0.

Are you referring to a different project that uses tesseract?

Thank you for your suggestion.
I tried with the following versions, but getting same result.
Is any other way to increase the performance of the Tesseract-ocr or any other library available please let me know.
