Packaging Tesseract with Tauri app

Hi, I made a native app with Tauri and I'm currently working on configuring an installer, and I was wondering. Can I package Tesseract in my installer? And if so, what are the important files to bundle? Keep in mind I don't really use any language its simply number recognition so I wouldn't need language packs bundled with the application.
