Improve recognize russian chars

How i can improve recognize this russian chars ?
Now result is worse...  I try separate chars, but result more bad
May be train tesseract can help me?

Anybody know? Separate ot not text  on picture above? Or i should just train tesseract and get good result?

Your text is too small and is bad quality.
Amplify the image with factor 3 and try again.

Enlarge dpi on scanner to at least     300dpi. pre-process the image.

for   a test, i saved a screenshot from wikipedia page in russian. 

Attached is the image and its output, and also from a blurred version of same image.

The output from your image is also attached. 

I am using the compiled version of the latest source from git on windows8 under msys2.

i got the same result, but this bad, not all letters recognition good! How i can to improve? Only train?
