Ubuntu binaries for Tesseract 5.0.0

I'm trying to update Tesseract to the 5.0.0 stable version in Ubuntu 18.04.

Following the documentation available in https://tesseract-ocr.github.io/tessdoc/Home.html#500x, it's said the binaries of versions 5.0.0.x for Ubuntu are available in the repository https://launchpad.net/~alex-p/+archive/ubuntu/tesseract-ocr-devel, but it seems like this repo is used for development tasks.

There's also another repository not listed in the documentation I linked (https://launchpad.net/~alex-p/+archive/ubuntu/tesseract-ocr5) that looks like the stable version of 5.0.0.

Is the version in the repository listed in the documentation the one I should use to upgrade to the stable version? Or should I use the second one?
