How to mount rtags with cloned Tesseract 3.05 repo?

Trying to get an answer to my other post, I decided that I may have to be bold and modify Tesseract's code to fix my problem.

I installed atom-rtags-plus and I want to know how to mount rtags with the 3.05 branch of the Tesseract repo that I have cloned to my computer. Total noob here, I never used rtags before. I did install rtags to my computer using Lunixbrew.

And yes I did try asking over at tesseract-dev. They rejected me and told me to post here.
