Make ready of 4.1.1 release

Hello,

I would like to release bugfix version of tesseract 4.1.1 [1] until end of this year

AFAIK I cherry-picked all commits from master that:

1. do not break API compatibility
2. change source tree

Is there something what I missed? 

Is there something that should/have to be included in 4.1.1?
