A new release of tesseract 5.3 is coming soon (expected within a week). 

There is available release candidate 1: https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/releases/tag/5.3.0-rc1

Please check, if this release works for you, report possible tesseract issues, and adjust your solutions accordingly.
