Hi,

What is the standard procedure for converting a Rhipe map file to a datadr DDO for Trelliscope.  Assume that map file was not created by datadr.

Thanks for your time,
Jeremiah

Assuming the data is located in an HDFS directory “/mydata”, you simply need to do this:

myddo <- ddo(hdfsConn("/mydata", type = "map"))

K thanks.  That is what I did so that is good, but then I ran into an error on updateAttributes(), and I was trying to decide if I did it right before tackling that (in debugging process now).
