Pushing to shinyapps from a Windows machine

If I want to use the "deployToShinyApps()" function for a trelliscope display, I get the following error on a Windows 7 machine: Error in findRsync() :

rsync executable not found. Use 'rsync' argument to specify the correct path.

I understand that rysnc needs to be installed but am not sure what to do beyond that.
