Defiance of the Laws of Physics? Who's pulling our Collective Legs?

We are. We, the observer, deter from reality -- to one degree or another -- every time we make an observation.
For those of you not trusting my simulations as not being realistic on the grounds of their violating some, or another, law of Physics, such as the Law of Thermodynamics, I have this to ask you...
Does time vary while you take your measurements? What impact would the variation of time have on the validity of your measurements? Could Energy be Conserved if Time should Vary from the Observer's point of view?
These are the questions addressed by Noether's Theorem. She, Emmy, defines the Conservation of Energy in terms of the non-variance of time and excludes the Conservation of Energy whenever time is variant. It makes logical sense despite Einstein's Theory of Relativity allowing for time variance among multiple observers.
But I'm asking for a single observer: What will be the impact of the variation of time upon energy and our measurements of it?
I say this in good faith since electricity is like a magician: it can fake the alteration of reality without affecting reality one bit.
In other words, and to get to my point...
The electric power company fakes the instantaneous transmission of electricity (thus, breaking the speed of light barrier) by placing a huge bank of capacitors (each bank is large enough to fill four rooms full) inline – in series – within the transmission line every one hundred miles. This resets the phase angle of the electric component of A/C's sinewave backwards and maintains it in lock step with the source so that the destination's phase angle is exactly in phase with the source despite hundreds, if not thousands, of miles separating the source from its destination.
Capacitors can do this by retarding the electric wave component of electricity. As it is, the magnetic field already retards itself over the span of distances encountered by transmission lines due to the inherent resistance which the magnetic field encounters in a wire. So, to keep these two components of an EM wave in phase with each other, the electric field is retarded (since this is far simpler and easier than attempting to speed up the magnetic wave component of electricity).
It is the synchronous separation of these two components of electricity, the electric and the magnetic, which imparts the clue (as a signature) that time has moved forward as an EM wave travels any significant distance. This separation is a time delay in which the electric wave no longer matches (in time) the exact same phase relation as the magnetic wave. These two components of electricity must match up in phase in order to get any transmission of electricity to come out the other end of any device.
It is this resistance, along a wire, to the magnetic component of electricity which is a positive resistance. But across the empty space between two wires of long distance transmission, this resistance is negative, namely: current (potential) is accelerated rather than slowed (as it is slowed down the length of a long strand of wire). And it is this potential across the space between two fully charged transmission lines which holds the key to Eric Dollard's LMD analog computer posing as an amplifier of voltage.
By rotating this resistive relationship such that negative resistance supersedes positive resistance, we effectively improve the performance of waves over time, thus, accelerating what the Law of Thermodynamics is so busy retarding. We can do this by using Eric Dollard's LMD analog computer under certain conditions of resonance in which the caps and coils help each other to achieve this goal of ours.
This is the secret to the overunity, or underunity, of free energy: the illusion that we have created or destroyed electricity when we know this cannot be true. Since we can't tell whether or not time has actually been manipulated, for all intents and purposes, it has been. This is the magic which electricity presents to us whether or not we accept it.
This trick of nature effectively overcomes Her limit to the speed of light and the limit to the speed of electricity by appearance, only.
If capacitors can do this by themselves, what can they do when doubled and combined with a pair of RF choke coils (or transformer coils) in a daisy-chain of two or more modules of Eric Dollard's LMD analog computer?
Do the Laws of Physics account for everything? Or, is there more to Reality than its mere adherence to our cherished Laws?

Noether is such an ironic , and iconic name for she who negates the ancient giants physicists !!
This theorem is only understandable by those who have 'digested' the relativity theory which can not be true without an aether..
I let to your mediation this absolutely ironic contradiction..
