New SiriusXm app

Apparently, even if you are an existing Sirius subscriber, you have to start and pay for a completely new account in order to use this new app in the car.

Unless you use SiriusXM all the time, I think you’re better off just using Bluetooth to pick it up from the phone. This seems like a bad offer.

I switched my current streaming-only service to the car using the Chat on the website. Took about 15 minutes. Had to provide a different email which is no biggie, and monthly cost (after 30 day free trial) was the same as I’m currently paying, for all access, for 2 years.

I much prefer the native app vs having to jack around with my phone.
