Exec board meeting tomorrow

Hey guys,

Hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

I had another meeting with James Barlow last week, and I invited him to our exec board meeting tomorrow. 12pm in Hotung is what works best for him. How does that sound for everybody?

He wants to talk to us about what programming we could do and how we could fit in with the other entrepreneurial efforts on campus.

I won't be able to make it to the meeting today, but I talked to Chris Pape, and he asked if he could possibly speak a little earlier than 9 15 on Wednesday night. Would any earlier work?

Okay, so I made the flyer for Chris Pape's talk on Wednesday. (Attached)

A couple things:

1. Want your feedback on the Kicka** Marketing title. I wanted it to catch the eye, but it might be too much?

2. Is the time finalized? Or can/should we do earlier? 

3. Send me  your feedback ASAP so we can put these up today!

I'll finalize the time with him as soon as you give me the go-ahead -- 8pm would be much better. Also, he'll start out by talking about his backstory and how he decided to become an entrepreneur, and then he'll transition into Genuine Interactive and what its main objectives are.

Let me know when we've confirmed that 8pm is doable.

Brett: Albert just confirmed that 8pm is doable.

Everybody: I've attached the finalized flyer. Print out five copies and post them somewhere on campus today. Also, personally email anybody that you think would be interested in coming.
