I have purchased PRTG monitor tool Licence previously i was using that license on one system but becous of fire that system get crash.. . So i was trying to activate that licence on another system but it showing following errr msgThat "this license already used with another system... so please guide me how can i activate my previous license on another system. ..my previous system is totaly dead... .

I would like some mechanism that is not resource intensive to log usage as it changes.This way I could possibly see long term trend as to whether active licence usage is increasing over time and help justify budget submissions for more licences

Using a PS script, you can hook into a Monitoring system, Centreon , an open soure Linux based sever based on Nagios, to graph out easily and beautifully as needed. I wrote a PS script to work with the API on my last license count, you just need to install nsclient++ on your E10 app servers, then write the ps script to make a REST call to the Epicor session service

Not long ago Paessler prtg added (beta) sensors to there program for monitoring licenses and health of the meraki devices. Monitoring the licenses is working fine but I ran into problems when trying to monitor the health of the devices.

The check first try to discover all organizations which are configured in the dashboard. For the license check this works and I can select the organization to monitor. For the health check I can see the discovery start but at +/- 75% the discovery stops. No error, no nothing. The check is started from the same location with the same api key. Does anyone know how to fix this? Support at Paessler did look into it, but could find a reason.

The product is called SupportDesk and the supplier is House on Hill software . The product was
originally purchased in December 2010
Contract expiry is January 2025. The Trust is likely to review the potential of replacing the system
in late 2024.

SCCM is the product SFT use to manage PC, Laptops, and servers - SCCM cals were purchased Feb 2020.
Renewal date Jan 2025
Microsoft Intune MDM for Mobile phones and ipads - Intune (EM&S) Sept 2020 as part of N365. Was
renewed Sept 23
These are ongoing solutions within the Trust so no places to review at this stage.
