Self-registration and restructured map layers

Territory Bro has been updated:

- Registering a Territory Bro account has now been fully automated. Just submit the registration form and your account is created immediately. No more sending email and waiting it to be created for you.

- The layers in the QGIS project file have been restructured to be more understandable. The "region" layer has been split into "congregation_boundary", "subregion" and "card_minimap_viewport". See the user guide for more details.

- More printout templates have been added.

Due to database changes, you will need to re-download the QGIS project file from https://beta.territorybro.com/ to be able to edit your territories. Email me if you have any problems, for example if some data was migrated incorrectly to the new database.

In near future it will be possible to add more users to a congregation and rename the congregation. In the meanwhile, the congregation name can be renamed before printing using your web browser's developer tools: in Chrome right-click the text, choose "Inspect" and change the HTML element's text in the "Elements" tab.
