Place for writing do-not-calls

Territory Bro has now a place for writing down addresses which have requested that they should not be visited. It's only editable by registered users, and not when you use a shared link. This way the territory servant can ensure that unnecessary personal data is not recorded in that field.

Please give feedback that how the feature works for you. In particular, please notify me about translations which do not use the established vocabulary, since most of Territory Bro's languages are only machine translated.
