Adding more users to a congregation

Now it's possible to add more users to your congregation in Territory Bro:

To add a new user, first ask him to visit https://beta.territorybro.com/join and after logging in, he should tell you his user ID as shown on that page.

After you know his user ID, you can go to the Users page of your congregation in Territory Bro, where there is a form for adding new users.

P.S. If you get an error 500 when adding users, it likely means that the user ID was wrong. Also, it's not yet possible to remove users. These things will be improved in near future.
