SoI've encountered this bug multiple times already. The video plays just fine in the preview. Once I export a video, the exported video just freezes at a very specific point, the audio keeps going just fine. The video unfreezes at a specific point and this goes on even though I tried a lot of things and no matter how many times I've exported it. I know this is a bug and not a problem with my computer because I've made similar or even more demanding videos and they exported just fine.

You might be using either version 4.05 or 4.08. I remember like the back of my hand that I experienced periodical freezes on my videos when I used these versions of the software. This issue was fixed from 4.10 onwards and has never reappeared as of 5.01.

Well, I worked my way around the issue by using a static image since the main purpose of the video was just to show a song. The problem hasn't come back on other videos. I still have no idea why this is a thing though.

Exported to an ISO file here using default settings and couldn't spot a freeze. Here's that ISO, which can be burned to DVD.

To test it, right-clickedBURN TO DVD was chosen (Windows 10). The DVD disc did not freeze during the 4:45-6:00 segment.

You have multiple people all talking about the same thing... just look at the titles of the last 25-50 posts in this forum. After render we're getting either frozen or blank or combination of things.

How many people will have to complain? Are you telling us that it's all on us to PROVE to you this is happening? If it's different on your system but we're having an issue then that's still not on us.

I just took a WORKING video combined from two other videos. I did nothing to it but change the entire 5 min video to cartoon. Sure enough, it gets to the first edit and boom...frozen. If this is a frame rate issue, then you should be able to provide quick guidance for a work around. I'm not going to spend the next few hours playing with all the frame rates vs. quality to determine what might work.

Given how little the software is updated these days and the consistent low quality of the recent updates, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is beginning to wonder what your competitors are doing. I've been using VideoPad Pro for nearly 3 years and I loved it. But my frustration is starting to overtake my loyalty. I don't want to change but I'm tired of spending hours on the edit only to blow up on the render. Really tired of it.

Please read the last two posts. We've reproduced the issue (thanks to @GTCulbreth uploading the files) and working on the issue. We can't fix anything if we don't know what's wrong. It would be helpful if you could provide more information e.g. what format you exported to and the codec settings etc..

The avi file is the source material. The problem doesn't appear if the video is untampered and exported as a whole, but it arises when I cut it and copy paste it a dozen of times as seen in the exported video.

The original file displayed no video when opened with several other media players. The same occurred in another editing program, with this error message. This hints that VP may be the more forgiving of an apparently non-standard file.

Summary: Many Movavi Video Converter or Editor users complain that Movavi not exporting and some playback problems. This post will mainly talk about these issues. Surely, you can get effective solutions to solve them.

Movavi has been developing various video converting and editing software since 2004. It releases many useful video programs and photo editing apps to help users better deal with media files, such as Movavi Video Converter, Movavi Video Editor, Screen Capture Studio and so on.

However, many Movavi product users complain that Movavi not exporting, video editor not responding and other playback issues on the internet. This post collects these Movavi problems together and show you specific ways to solve them.

"I have installed the Movavi Video Suite on my HP Pavilion computer (Microsoft Windows 10). After editing, I had the problems that I was not allowed to export the finished video to computer. Only got the message that, Can't export the video because of a problem with the Intel Graphics chip. Any help?"

We find this Movavi not exporting problem in HP support center. Actually, it is a quite common issue which bothers Movavi Video Editor and Movavi Video Converter users. Movavi not exporting problem also happens in Movavi Video Suite 16 version.

If you are using the Movavi Video Suite 16 software, you should immediately upgrade it to the latest 17.5 version. In fact, you don't need to care too much about the Intel Graphics chip. The new version has fixed this not exporting issue.

Whether you want to convert or edit video, Video Converter Ultimate is the best alternative to Movavi Video Suite. It highly supports any frequently-used video/audio format. You don't need to worry about the unsupported format issue. In addition, it is designed with almost all basic editing features.

For instance, you can use it to crop video to remove black edge, trim video to only keep the necessary part, rotate video to get right angle, adjust output effects, enhance video quality, add your personal watermark and more. It also has the capability to convert 2D to 3D and convert SD to HD/4K UHD.

Movavi stops working after the Windows system upgrading issue has been talked about many times in Microsoft Community. Movavi Video Suite or Video editor are not responding, especially when you upgrade operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

It is quite simple to solve the Movavi not responding problem. Because the Movavi version you are using may be mainly designed and optimized for the previous Windows system. So after updating Windows, you should check if there is any latest version of Movavi video editor. Update it if there is one new version available.

You can try re-installing this Movavi product in compatibility mode to check if the problem is still there. To do that, you can right click on its Setup file and choose Properties. Then click on Compatibility > Run to install the software.

Many users complain about the stuck or freeze problem while adding file or editing video. This can be the most regular issue you will meet. Video files can be the most processor intensive task for both computer and software.

If you are facing this Movavi slow problem, you won't think about upgrading hardware to solve it. Instead, you can first open task manager and remove some unnecessary works. When you enter the resource monitor, you can see disk usage of each task clearly.

You can restart computer to try making your Movavi video editor or converter run faster. Also, you are suggest to adjust hardware acceleration. It's not a good thing when there are too much acceleration on your computer. Sometimes, hardware acceleration will reduce processing power and make Movavi product lack of power.

Actually, there won't be any bother if you choose the recommend Video Converter Ultimate. It is specially designed with the latest Intel acceleration technology. This powerful feature will offer you a great and smooth user experience.

Inevitably, some bugs will give you a bad experience while using software. At this time, it very important to get a timely and effective help from support center. From lots of Movavi reviews, users feel pathetic with its support. In many cases, they just can't get a response from Movavi.

We mainly talked about some Movavi video converter and editor problems in this page. Meanwhile, you show you some solutions to deal with them. Hope you can get a good user experience from Movavi products.

However after exporting to MPEG 4, on playback, the last 20 second sequence (is the actual length of the last clip within the 2 minutes) there is no audio although this can clearly be heard ok in MEP.

No idea if right or wrong but thought would try Movavi Video Converter 19 to see if that would repair the AVI file but the program could not even open the file. Also checked and I have the latest version of VLC.

Only just realised, the same thing has happened a few days before when putting together a small sequence of the same size family movies. This one contains around five/six little clips with a running time of 1min 22secs but once again it is the last clip sequence that has no audio.

Other than that I am puzzled, I have been working on many projects with MEP over the last couple of weeks and exported over 50+ times to MP4, with no issue on losing sound - only a couple of instances where a single clip among many others of the same type (MP4's) exported blank, but that is another issue.

I have had similar problems with missing video clips, not always the last clip, but only when exporting using HEVC. I had tried rebuilding frame-tables to no avail, but have found dragging the offending clip to another unused track seems to have cleared the fault. No idea why it happens or why dragging a clip to a new track has cleared the problem but it may be worth trying as a workaround. This has been happening to me when opening older projects more than current ones where I have moved the project to a different disc.

1 x 250GB Evo 970 NVMe: drive for C: drive backup 1 x 1TB Sabrent NVMe drive for Operating System / Programs only. 1X WD BLACK 1TB internal SATA 7,200rpm hard drives.1 for internal projects, 1 for Library clips/sounds/music/stills./backup of working projects. 1x500GB SSD current project only drive, 2x WD RED 2TB drives for latest footage storage. Total 21TB of 8 external WD drives for backup.

I have now had several attempts at exporting to MPEG 4, first when moving the last clip to another track, then raising the volume level on that last track, then again tried 'create new frame table', and finally moved the final clip back. Each and every time the project plays perfectly in MEP but playback of these exports in VLC and the audio drops from that last 20 seconds.
