Using Measure tools with 3D Tiles Objects

Dear users and developers,

I've have loaded a Cesium 3D tile 60m (height) tower object in TerriaMap, I have set scale equal 1 in cesium.io and also in the TerriaMap simple.json. The problem is that the tower changes its size as I zoom in and I zoom out. Would anyone give a direction on how to configure the 3D tile layer so that in zoom in or zoom out, the tower will have the same height, in this case 60m when using the Terria measure tool.

I am going be more more clear about the problem:

The problem is that the measurements of the tower change as I zoom in and I zoom out. Would anyone give me a direction on how to configure the 3D tile layer so that in zoom in or zoom out, the tower will have the same measure in different scales, in this case 60m when using the Terria Line Measure tool?
