I just wanted to get the word out a little early this year.  I know a lot of you have participated in the past but it's a little different this year.  Please pass this on to anyone you think might be interested.

The main difference is that we're planning on blocking off the street adjacent to the Flying Saucer downtown. That way we can accommodate the 1200+ people that we had last year.  We're renting a GINORMOUS tent with clear sides and heaters.  It's going to be really fun.

We'll be doing a pub crawl as usual and then returning to the saucer for a big party.

In order to pull this off, we've launched a fund raising campaign.  It will cost us around $5000-7000 to make this happen.  Any extra proceeds will go directly to Porter-Leath.
