Using terraform behind a proxy

Hi all,

I'm behind an http/s proxy ( :-( ) , trying to use terraform to build some AWS infrastructure, but apply fails with I/O errors. I've poked around but haven't found info on how to configure terraform to go through the proxy. Is it supported, or does everyone else just have the good sense not to use it from behind a proxy?

Can you open an issue for this? We should be able to get the various
providers to work with the `http_proxy` env vars, but I don't think
they do now.
