Multiple Terraform users in one AWS account

Is there any danger to having multiple users of Terraform managing resources in the same AWS account?  As I understand it, they would never see each other's resources and thus would never interfere with each other, ignoring for the moment things like AWS resource limits.  They would also never block each other by holding a common state lock.

We do this a thing our company. There are only risks if things are managed poorly. Effective naming conventions really help.
