Terraform with Salt stack integration

Is there a way we can integrate Terraform with Salt cloud and salt master to deploy infrastructure and configuration management   at the same time ?

I'm not overly familiar with salt, but I imagine you'd be able to use the local-exec/remote-exec provisioners to achieve this: https://www.terraform.io/docs/provisioners/
