can we become a terraform official or verified provider ?

Hi, friends:

Could we apply for becoming an official or verified provider ? On terraform cloud, it doesn't install IBM provider for me automatically, I have to use git sub-module to embed ibm repo into the code ? Also, IBM is the only one not been verified among 4 big public providers, the others are (amazon, azure and google).
