Start/stop instance via terraform

Hi colleagues

Is there any opportunity to change instance's state and status via terraform? How can i stop/start my instance (vm) and run other operations on it? Target cloud platform is openstack.

I dont think the feature is yet there looking at these:

Thank you. Both these issues are about aws. Is there any reference to openstack-plugin capabilities? Or it doesn't matter?
