I recently posted to this issue: https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform/issues/3925

Is my use-case included in that issue and is there still an issue here? My suspicion is this is fixed and I'm using some incompatible configuration. However I can't find the documentation to prove it and the error message is simply that ssh timeouts which will happen if you are not correctly added to the bastion SG.

Ok -- so as suspected this is a configuration issue. I have not properly referenced the variable (bastion_sg). However, should an error be thrown for this during plan?
