Monitoring possibilities for Terracotta open source

Hello, can anybody tell me possibilites of monitorring open source Terracotta server in version 5.6.5.

I know that Terracotta managemet console is only in comercial version.

I read something about REST API (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54049683/cannot-open-terracotta-4-3-6-management-console-which-is-running-on-localhost95/54097835#54097835) which can be used but i dont make it functional on my 5.6.5 version. I dont have "2019-01-05 11:58:16,739 INFO - Management server started on 0.0.0.0:9540" in my server output.

Has anybody have some solution please?
