Issue pulling maven artifacts from repo.terracotta.org

Anyone else having issues pulling maven artifacts from repo.terracotta.org (an example is net.sf.ehcache:ehcache-terracotta:pom:2.3.1)?  Looking in our poms, the repo reference is to http://www.terracotta.org/download/reflector/releases, which appears to redirect to repo.terracotta.org/maven2.  That repo.terracotta.org address appears to be DOA, currently (unsure when this started occurring). Is this just a temporary issue with that server?
