Based on the small amounts of research that I have done so far it
appears that every 30 to 40 years we rediscover the potential of
biogas. I've found a significant amount of information from the 30s
and 40s. One statistic indicated the 40% of Skandinavian
transportation fuel was biogas in the 30s. I've also found lots of
information from the 70s where trucks were being powered by firewood.
Anyone out there that was active in the 70s that has stayed with the
biogas idea until today?
We humans are funny creatures, very short memories. Shortened by both
our inherent nature and our society's willful devaluation of old ways
and old knowledge.
