This is quite possibly the biggest cheat one can do for Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time without a gameshark. I call it "Fazing" it is a real and awesome way to by pass an uncountable number of obsticles. When you faze Link disappears for up to several secconds, during which you can walk through people and things. Simply pull up on the left side (the game's right) of the cartidge while keeping downward pressure on the right. Very gradualy let the left side start to lift up relative to the system. while you're doing this suddenly you will hear a bunch of static and Link will become invisible. If you let the game faze for more than a few secconds the game will freeze. If you do this while walking into a rock or Mido when link disapears he will walk through the obsticle quickly push the game back in and voila you're past what you wanted to get through. I use this all the time to get out of Kikori forest without even a sword!!! Or to get past those boulders in zora's river and Goron city. Even that big old fatty in Zora's domain. There are millions of other places where it comes in handy too. It even works with adult link.
Many of you might be thinking "That can't be good for the game," but I've done it millions of times and have never encountered any damage to the game or system. But never the less do this at own risk. It also affects gameplay in Mario 64 and GoldenEye. But not the same way and not as fun."
this isnt a cheat ots more of a game glitch for OoT Masterquest....i went up to Dondogos cavern (after i beat it) and went on to the piller on the right (the one theat goes really high) and i stayed on the second floor just lookin around then i jumped down and tried to land on the middle platform but i diddnt quite make it and landed on the lower right side and rolled into it and then i passed right through it and went into the center of the middle platform and fell for like 30 - 40 seconds i was falling in a grayish area and i could see some of the rocks from the dungon and i could hear link screaming from the fall then he stopped screaming and just fell for a while...so i made him slash his sword and then he died....but iwas pretty cool....btw i heard if you call link zelda when you meet zelda for the first time se say she knows your name from somewhere (go figure) and that you get to hear a song/theme in the game later on.....i dont rember....
I've never done this, but I think it'd be a bit humorous to name Link 'Zelda'. As it's been metioned, it'd be funny to have Zelda say she's heard her name from somewhere before, and....uhh....Oh! Darunia's son! He'd be...named Zelda too, and...um...it'd be silly, because...he'd have a girl's name...and....bleh, nevermind. The thing that Zelda says would be better. x.x; Well...at least I tried...a little...

Nintendo Power posted an awesome trick that allowed you to use the Fierce Diety's mask outside of boss rooms and dungeons, basically anywhere. The only bad part was that once you went into Clock Town you were stuck. It was an awesome cheat though.
I name link "I Farted" and when navi flys in she'll say hey wake up I farted! or Saria will run up and say Hi I farted lol. Oh yeah Im sure everyone knows this, but to run around through termina as Oni link you must:
I remember having a lot of fun in Link's Awakening with the warp cheat. It was mentioned before, where you hit certain buttons while switching screens to send you to different areas on the next screen. Between that and figuring out how to use bomb-arrows, I was going to a lot of places long before I was supposed to get there. That's the only cheat I can ever remember using for a Zelda game.
I'm actually quite interested in these Ocarina of Time cheats, but does anyone know if they still work on the Collector's Disk? It's no big deal if they don't, I just don't really feel like dragging out my old, dusty N64 ^^;
I used Ganondor (the F wouldnt fit), and Ganon as names. When you arrived at Zelda's place she would say that sounded familiar. Same thing happend with the name "Zelda, Frog, Poo" and other stuff like that o.o
I was given the usual instructions for split-dose bowel prep: 1) Clear liquids only the entire day prior to the procedure; 2) Take the first dose of prep at 5 PM and the second dose of prep 5 hours before the procedure start time; 3) Nothing to eat or drink after the second dose of prep. Pretty standard stuff, these are the instructions I usually give to my patients. Following this will lead to a good or excellent bowel prep in the vast majority of people. But what if I told you that I did something different but still achieved an excellent clean-out?
The next morning, I woke up at my usual time of 5AM. I drank 2 cups of black coffee as soon as I woke up. This was followed by another 16 oz. of Suprep over the next 45 minutes. I would gulp down about 4 oz. at a time, then rest for 10-15 minutes and repeat until done. This time, the bowel movements started immediately after taking the first bit of the prep and were mainly yellowish water. Another 32 oz. of Gatorade down the hatch and the process was complete. The last 2-3 bowel movements were literally clear water, like as clear as the water that comes out of the faucet. Cool, I did it!
Now would be a good time to talk about a study from a few years back. Thinking that improving the tolerance of the prep would remove one of the classic barriers for some people to do colonoscopy as well as decrease the number of broken appointments and inadequate preps, researchers randomized patients into two groups: One group received a clear liquid diet the entire day prior, and the other was able to eat a light breakfast and lunch with several food restrictions the day prior. Both groups then completed the standard bowel prep. The study showed exactly what we would expect: The people who starved all day were miserable, the people who ate a little were less miserable, and the quality of the bowel preps achieved were the same between the groups! The most interesting finding was that the group of patients who were restricted to only having clear liquids cancelled their appointments more than twice as frequently as the patients that were allowed to eat just a little. Hunger is a powerful force to compete with!
Right from the beginning, if you mean this. After you have selected a level from the chapter menu and spawn, the game already saved the last state. So you could quit to the main menu and activate the cheats and continue the campaign right there.
There is no rule, it all depends on how hard you try the levels on insane difficulty without cheats. A good example is the second Chapter "Damn! It's Late". You can easily progress this chapter without cheats (No enemies, just walking) and you can avoid all the extra loading times, since you don't have to leave the game everytime when a checkpoint is reached.
Well, i didn't know about that, but i think the glitch should also work on the JP version. No guarantee of course, but i don't think they changed the behaviour on how the game checks if ingame cheats were used or not^^ So it should be the same.
If you use cheats and forget to turn them off and beat the level. Does the symbol that shows what difficulty you've beaten the level on still light up? Or does it stay dark? Because I finished a level and at the end when it was fading to dark I didn't hit pause in time so I closed game by hitting ps button when it was loading next level and when I got back to level select screen it showed the insane icon colored in ? do I have to redo the level or am I good?

I couldn't get the trick to work at the end of Shrunk Machine (after that really terrible fight with the giant enforcer) so I followed your tip and waited a bit longer when it said "saving".
I hit the power button as soon as the game showed the loading screen for the next level, started up the game again - and it had saved my progress as having beaten Shrunk Machine on insane ?
This little number is a cheats version because it is so easy to make. None of the pfaffing around waiting for the rendering of fat and slow cooking of meat. Instead, all that is required is a brief steaming of some happy salmon before all the ingredients are bunged into your food processor for a quick whizz.
Just report every single play who seems sus in one way or another. It does not matter if its hacking or boosting/smurfing. They will not get punished if they get a report from time to time. But IF they are sus, they will soon see it.
Its so easy to hide cheats, that I mostly look at how they play and if its realistic that they have such a performance at that rank. As someone who was in ranks from silver to Master, I can tell who does not belong there.
Honestly, the best way to get an idea of if you cheats in action is to post a replay or a link to a video. Lots of claims of cheaters running rampant, very little video proof of this proportionally speaking.
