Howdoes power work in the eeveebox? Are there ulterior motives to how leaders are chosen? Are deputies appointed by the leader or determined by age? Are eevee reps. appointed by the leader/deputy or voted on by the eevees? Do the eevee reps. have any power? If yes, then is power determined by a hierarchy of command? How much power does a leader and deputy have over their own house? How much power do they have in other houses, both how much they say they have, and how much they actually have?
Every Sunday there is a 2 hour brotherhood meeting, as shown in this comic page
This page actually shows a typical meeting. Meetings are around 2 hours where all the brotherhood officials come together to talk about issues together. Usually this is the only time where brotherhood issues are brought up.
Leaders- Its Mandatory for leaders to go to meetings
Dusk: Almost always at meetings, Will sleep during meetings, and is only actively involved if Blizz is in the meeting or something important is going on
Bolt: Always at meetings, Due to his anxiety, he tends to let Dean do all the talking. Will only kind of talk if more eeveelutions are at the meeting.
Vay: Literally never goes to meetings, has a cardboard cutout that stands in for him. Will only go if Blizz goes due to him being scared of Blizz finding out he never goes to meetings.
Deputies- It is optional for them to go to meetings
????: Due to staying hidden, and his work load, he never goes to meetings, or even knows they are a thing.
Flame: Almost Never goes to meetings. Like, he went to less than 5 meetings out of over 200
Blizz: Has not went to a meeting for a few months due to personal issues with the other leaders. Believes that Vay is going to meetings and doing leader work.
Representatives- It is mandatory that they go to meetings
John: Always goes to meetings, usually tries to talk at least, but usually doesnt unless prompted.
Dean: Always at meetings, Usually is the one leading meetings, talks a lot during them.
Eve: Always at meetings, and usually is the only Icedrop there. Does what she can, but is usually outnumbered. Wishes that Blizz can come back to the leadership position.

Author chan: People have been so nice during all of my hiatuses due to school being literally horrible. It makes me super happy! I saw that quite a few people were politely asking for comics staring Sora or Miku. (Unlike the people who were harassing me for Eevee Academy comics and making me CANCAL it cause they were so RUDE. Yes, I know how to spell Cancelled. )
-where was I?
Would that be Pokmon: the Electric Talent of Pikachu? I think Viz comics put out those Nintendo/Pokmon comics back in the 90's. I can't think of anything previous so if someone knows I'm interested too. With the recent popularity of Pokemon Go could those books see increased demand? No idea myself...
Since there were 16 printings of this, does anyone know if you can tell which is the first print? As far as I can gather the only discernible difference is early printings or first print has barcode on front. Any ideas?
So, I tried to dig into this a little bit. I don't have physical copies of these at hand, and haven't for years and years. Certainly, several retailers (including Chuck) list and price sundry printing separately. I really do assume that there's a colophon in there somewhere. However, I also have good news and bad news, depending on how strict you are about what constitutes a "first [English] appearance".
The first US printing of Pokmon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu was released by Viz on November 27, 1998. At least some comic sites consider this the first appearance of Pikachu (and Ash, but really, people are in it for the Pikachu, right?) in English comics. This book is now on [at least] the 16th printing. If not for the pandemic, I could probably scare up some physical copies and conclusively determine how to identify the printing. But... as it turns out, arguably, that's not the first appearance of Ash and Pikachu anyway.
A few days earlier, on November 24, Viz released the first VHS compilation of episodes of the Pokmon anime (Pokmon: I Choose You! Pikachu!). Some initial run copies of this VHS tape were packaged with a so-called "manga sampler" ediiton of Pokmon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu 1. This sampler edition is shorter than the normal comic and simply cuts off the story midway through. It is also easily distinguishable from traditionally-released versions of the comic due to the modified cover. Nevertheless, it arguably qualifies as these characters' actual first appearance in English comics (and Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokmon encyclopedia, considers it such). I've never actually seen one of these, for what it's worth, and none of the comic book indexes or sales sites (GCD, MyComicShop, and even Chuck) make any mention of its existence. Locating a copy will be a lengthy and difficult quest, but I have found and attached a cover scan at least.
For the sake of providing comprehensive information, there is also a similar "manga sampler" edition for Pokmon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu 2, released in the same way as a VHS pack-in, but no equivalent versions are known for the later monthly comic issues.
Most items listed as "January 1" are from sometime during that year. When people know what year something was produced but not the exact date, they just put in the year. "January 1" is automatic, so it gets added even though there's little chance it was actually January 1st.
Hey. Yea that makes sense. After some more digging there is also a small comic called pokemon power #1 that was included inside a nintendo power magazine. The magazine was out august 1998 soit would predate the electric tales issue. And it has story with ash and pikachu inside.
After a strange volcanic eruption, Naya finds herself on a deserted island with no memories of her past... and a bunch of other important stuff. She tags along with an odd bunch of Pokemon who offer to help her out. Together they get involved in a plot bigger than any of them could have anticipated.
Except Echo. Echo probably knows exactly what's going on. They could tell Naya, but where'd be the fun in that?
This year, to celebrate the 11th birthday of this silly little comic, we're holding a mini 'award' show type event. Patrons and friends helped decide the categories and nominations- now everyone gets to vote for the winner of each category! Feel free to vote with whatever logic (or lack of) you wish! Voting ends May 8th!
So in the interest of actually putting some new content out, I thought it would be fun to post this. A little over a year ago I wrote a script for a Pokemon live action movie that pulls elements from both the anime and the games as a practice exercise. It was probably the fastest
So as you can read about in the post below, the new site is up! However I wrote that post in advance of the actual launch, and some unforeseen problems came up. There are still some features that need to be added to the site and most of the Muh Phoenix comics. We tried to
