it seems the terminal is growing up and goes async finally.
i've seen a precursor in form of a javascript based command line
last year, but finally it really exists and does actual useful things:

Showed one of the video of this webkit + node.js based "terminal" at #terminology. Has anybody tried running it successfully?

Fun to play around but still in very early stages of development.
