Theonly change for Office 365 is changing the SMTP server from smtp.gmail.com to smtp.office365.com and of course an email from that service to use. But STARTTLS, port 587 is the defacto standard at this point.

I have a Xerox 5335 - and it usually scans fine. But for the last few months, it has been acting up. It will scan fine for a few hours and then abruptly stop. I receive error 027-529 and the dreaded tones of death.

The failure is because there are too many simultaneous connections to the share, it would only happen if you do many scans in a short period of time to the share. The max concurrent logins to a share is 20 in Windows.

I already have to device configured with the Kerberos Server for users to log into, and I have created an entry in the address book for the "Scan to feature". When I test destination from the web interface all sections pass and I can see that a file is made and deleted on my shared drive by looking at the date las modified time.

The issue is when I try the function from the physical device, I am presented with the following error: Conflicting Job Settings - Invalid path Specified. Any idea what my problem is and why the destination test works from the Web interface but the function of the machine fails?

I am having an issue with the Scan to SFTP feature. I have it setup and working for each user. When they scan a page or 2 it works fine. When I scan 3 or more, it errors out. The error is very helpful and just says "File exists or the failure is unspecified". I don't understand why 1 page would work and not 3 or more. I have checked and there is no limit on the server.

I am wondering if it is possible to add a watermark to copies on an Altalink C8055 (I know that it is possible to set this up in the print driver for print jobs)... I just want a simple stamp in the background with text that says "COPY" or "VOID". It was possible on the previous machine that was being used here, a WorkCentre 7435 but I am not able to find anything on the machine that would allow me to do this.

so when i move some files to their own folders, i've got already some other files with the same name.

it's much easier to have files which have the date in the file name than file name are 000000000.jpg because there will never be 2 files at the same date&time in this folder.

So, is there a way for my 6515 to change the names of the files like does my 6015 ?

it should save a lot of my time to prevent rename all the double files.

The printer is installed on my local network.

It was working perfectly OK with my last PC (Windows 7) through PaperPort software.

Recently I changed my PC to a new one with Windows 10.

Installed the drivers and the printer is working perfectly.

Installed the Xerox Network Scan Manager and found my WorkCenter 3210.

When I try to scan through Misrosoft's Windows Fax and Scan software I get "No scanners wehre detected" error message.

What is worng? How can I scan through my PC now?

Please help.

I could not find the original CD of PaperPort (that came with the printer) nor a way to download it from Xerox.
