get "yy" under auther

I have used your program and loved it but....I fill out the format and
enter the author name and all other info and when I hit start
importing, the i-tunes shows the name correctly for about 2 seconds
and then the artist/author reverts to "yy". What am I doing wrong???
When this happens, I manually change the name one at a time after it
is downloaded. - THANKS - Joan

I doubt you are doing anything wrong.
The program has to simulate the user pressing some keys (the "y" key
is in there a few times), in order to set the track information to be
the way you want (e.g. "skip when shuffling" = "yes"). Apparently
this isn't working correctly on your computer.
What version of iTunes are you running?
