I am working on a update for our Hyrax based app from Hyrax 3 to Hyrax 4. We started to see this error. The hydra-editor gem is installed in the gemfile. I checked and made sure the gem is installed. If I bash into the container and run "gem install hydra-editor" inside the docker container and this fixes the issue but nothing else i have tried works.
