I was driven to be perfect to keep people from critiquing me. I wanted everyone to like me, support what I had to say, and endorse me. It was exhausting. No matter what you do, there will always be someone to put you down.

Marisa also studied hypnotherapy at the Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles, known as the best hypnotherapy training establishment in the world. She developed her own brand of treatment, Rapid Transformational Therapy, which is a combination of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral therapy. By guiding her patients into a state of relaxation and hypnosis, Marisa Peer is better able to find the root of psychological distress and provide suggestions in order to heal that distress.

When we understand that our thoughts become reality, we can actively work towards changing that reality into something positive, uplifting, and healthy. We can manifest our thoughts by visualizing, by telling ourselves what we want and who we want to become.

We can not only improve our emotional health but also some of our physical health as well. Mental pain is often expressed through the body. So naturally, if we work on improving our thinking patterns, our body is going to be affected positively as a result!

Welcome to The School of Greatness. My name is Lewis Howes, former pro-athlete turned lifestyle entrepreneur and each week we bring you an inspiring person or message to help you discover how to unlock your inner greatness. Thanks for spending some time with me today. Now, let the class begin.

Wow! What a powerful idea! And this episode is all about your thoughts and how your thoughts will heal you, or they will kill you. I had the pleasure of connecting with Marisa Peer, who really blew me away!

And we cover how you can find happiness in your life. Also, what she sees most people struggle with emotionally, because we go through a wide range of emotions, but what are those things that stick to us, that we can seem to never get through. Also, why the story you tell yourself is so important, and how to change the story in any moment.

And I want to give a big thank you to our sponsor, Casper. You spend one third of your life sleeping, guys. Do you guys realise this? A third of our lives is spent in bed, so you should be comfortable. And the experts at Casper work tirelessly to make a quality sleep surface, that cradles your natural geometry in all the right places.

Marisa Peer: Yeah. Or it just starves to death. And so, we know, innately, that our survival on the planet is linked to not being rejected. And not that long ago, you would have died from rejection and a thousand years ago, when they banished you outside the walls of the city or you marooned a difficult sailor, or you cast someone out of the community, you pretty much died. There was nothing out there but purgatory.

I mean, we had a terrible situation in England where somebody was trolling this person whose child had been kidnapped, and when they exposed her she killed herself, which was a terrible thing for her, but obviously her sense of shame, that she was outed, and to kill herself.

Lewis Howes: Exactly! Wow! This is fascinating! What do you think is your greatest challenge that you face, internally? Personal challenge, as someone who has helped tens of thousands of people, personally? And understand all this stuff.

Lewis Howes: On the flip side of this, the beautiful part, when we understand and appreciate that our thoughts become reality, we can create the life of our dreams as well. We can start to manifest our thoughts by visualising, by telling ourselves what we want, who we want to become, and taking those actions toward it, we can manifest our dreams.

Marisa Peer: Absolutely! You really can! You can stop being ill, you can change the shape of your body, you can change your digestion, you can have physical things. You can change the way you interact with your kids.

But you write it all over your mirrors, you put it on your fridge, you have your phone alarm go off twice a day, and when you type it out in your password, when you write it, read it, say it, think it, it goes in and does the most incredible work.

And we have amazing therapists all over the world, many in Los Angeles, who are so good. I mean, getting phenomenal results with people with impetigo and vitiligo and ringing in the ears, tinnitus, all kinds of depression, anxiety, insomnia.

So, if you want to have some amazing RTT therapy, and, it is amazing, again, just go to marisapeer.com, or you can go to rapidtransformationaltherapy.com, and you can find someone who will change your life in 90 minutes.

I appreciate you guys so very much, and, as always, keep living an inspiring life. That is the key. You want to be an example to your family, to your friends, to the people around you, to the people that follow you online.

Now on the day of the fire, Joon Young is to be introduced as Joon Pyo has been deemed the president of the company. Joon Young quickly goes to see Do Hyun and decides to make there escape, but before they can do so, Joon Pyo catches them. As he locks out Joon Young outside, we hear Do Hyun asking for forgiveness as noises starts to give way of her beating.

Again, we are thrown water on our faces as this is a twist no one saw coming. The Cha Do Hyun we know is actually Joon Young and at a young age, Shin Se Gi first appeared. So the question is, who is the real Cha Do Hyun?

What makes this situation unique and emotional was their confrontation of the truth. While Cha Do Hyun was left feeling guilty and ashamed for what his father had done, Ri Jin first thought was Cha Do Hyun, who more than anything wanted to be normal, having one name a person can call to. When the two eventually meet and talk, she gifts him with her name, letting him know that she will be happy calling him Cha Do Hyun.

As the eldest, Perry Park decides to leave first, knowing that the truth is set free, and he is not needed anymore. Perry Park is ready to merge with Cha Do Hyun. Perry Park last words of advice to Oh Ri Jin and Cha Do Hyun is to live freely, as we see him on a dock, with his fishing rod, and his own boat.

At the hospital, Joon Pyo kneels to Oh Ri Jin, letting her know of his guilt and wishing to atone for his sins. But Shin Se Gi is not having any of that and quickly grabs onto Joon Pyo telling him the only way they can forgive him is if he dies. Though I agreed with Shin Se Gi, Oh Ri Jin changed my mind.

Getting closure for Shin Se Gi, the two go by water, playing with firework sticks. Though they playful banter, she identifies Shin Se Gi as the first person who told her that her words were law and apologizes for calling him. Knowing that each personality received a gift before their departure, Shin Se Gi asks for his and Ri Jin gives him a kiss.

How great are Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum? This is their second project together, the first being Secret Love. I have never watched it, but now its on my list to watch. As successful as Secret Love was, these two great actors brought it again for Kill Me Heal Me. The chemistry between the two was unbelievable fantastic. They are so comfortable with each other and being able to produce a comfortable and happy environment made the show really shine.

Overall, the drama had everything I wanted; the comedy, the amazing chemistry with the main lead, and a mystery filled with twist and pain. The story focused on the idea that love can heal all wounds and in this case, it did. Filled with grief and guilt, the two characters overcame their pain and they remind each other that they survived.

Nearly 700 people were killed that year in domestic violence incidents. Most were women. For a year after the shooting, Paolini was tormented by the presence or sight of firearms. With the encouragement of her stepfather, she began to shoot recreationally. She has since become an enthusiastic gun owner and recreational shooter. She says target practice has helped her heal.

By January, we had already established weekends for our son. On one of his weekends, I heard somebody coming in the house, probably around 3 a.m. It was Gammall with a firearm. He put a pillow over my head and put the gun to it, and said he was going to kill me. But I think he was so intoxicated he just passed out.

He shot me with what they call target rounds, so there are entry and exit wounds for every bullet hole. The detectives on the case found out that he had been going to a shooting range. They thought he was a marksman because of where he shot me. I was shot near the heart; a cluster of veins was blown apart.

I was with my husband, my stepdad, my mom, and my younger brother. It was this big family event. They taught me about gun safety, and I started shooting. I cried my eyes out. While we were driving back, my stepdad talked and talked about what a good shot I was.

A lot of people in situations like mine are in denial or embarrassed. Women and men need to know they can talk to people. I think that so many people are struggling with the right way to combat domestic violence.

Of course, as the heir to a huge company that he is expected to helm, his mental illness has to be kept a secret. Secrets always get out, though, especially in an office enviroment where no one seems to close the doors before having private conversations. ?

This one is close to my heart. The way it tackles the stigma that surrounds mental health and seeking help for it, is commendable. Ji Sung does immense justice to make the viewers feel his pain and agony.
