Have an app deployed to a user collection. I have deleted the deployment, revisions and then retired the app, however it's still visible in software center. I've also refreshed the policies on the client and left it for 48 hours.
After deleting the tasks in action center, the suspended jobs are automatically getting resumed. Is this the normal, expected behavior ? We will be having more than 1000 tasks created everyday and sometimes all those needs to be deleted. We have just 4 bots and it is affecting our bot utilization to a greater extend and most of the times we are killing all the resumed jobs in order to make the bots available.
Any inputs is highly appreciated.
When you delete a user from the Active users page in the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can choose what you want to do with the user's product licenses, email, and OneDrive. For more info, see Delete a user from your organization.
The OneDrive Clean Up Job runs, and the OneDrive is marked for deletion. The deleted user will appear in the Microsoft 365 admin center for 30 days. The default retention period for OneDrive is also 30 days, but you can change this in the SharePoint admin center (see Set the OneDrive retention for deleted users) or by using the PowerShell cmdlet Set-SPOTenant -OrphanedPersonalSitesRetentionPeriod . For more information about using this cmdlet, see Set-SPOTenant.
If a manager is specified for the deleted user, the manager will receive an email telling them they have access to the OneDrive, and that the OneDrive will be deleted at the end of the OneDrive retention period. For info about specifying a user's manager in the Microsoft Entra admin center, see Add or update a user's profile information.
If a manager isn't specified for the user account, but a secondary owner was entered in the SharePoint admin center, the secondary owner will receive an email telling them they have access to the OneDrive, and that the OneDrive will be deleted at the end of the retention period.

A soft-deleted user mailbox is a mailbox that has been deleted using the Microsoft 365 admin center or the Remove-Mailbox cmdlet in Exchange Online PowerShell, and has still been in the Microsoft Entra ID recycle bin for less than 30 days.
When you delete a user account, the corresponding Exchange Online mailbox is deleted and removed from the list of mailboxes in the EAC. After the user account is deleted, it's listed on the Deleted Users page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. It can be recovered within 30 days after being deleted. After 30 days, the user account and mailbox are permanently deleted and not recoverable.
When you delete an Exchange Online mailbox using Exchange Online PowerShell, the corresponding Microsoft 365 or Office 365 user is deleted and removed from the list of users in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The user will still be recoverable for 30 days. After the 30 days time limit, the user is permanently deleted.
When you delete a mailbox, Exchange Online retains the mailbox and all its contents until the deleted mailbox retention period expires, which is 30 days. After 30 days, the mailbox is permanently deleted and can't be recovered. The method for restoring a mailbox depends on whether the mailbox was deleted by deleting the user account or removing the Exchange Online license.
Deleted team members immediately lose access to their Dropbox Business account, along with all files, folders, and Paper docs. After deleting a team member, admins can choose to reuse that license and invite another person to the team.
Open the terminal and try to open the Ubuntu Software app from the terminal by running the appropriate command, either software-center or gnome-software. From the Ubuntu Software app install the Ubuntu desktop system or else open the terminal (or a virtual console) and install the Ubuntu desktop system by running the command: sudo apt update && sudo apt install ubuntu-desktop.
When you delete a page in Confluence, you're deleting its page history too. If you only want to delete a specific version of a page, take a look at the instructions below for deleting a specific version.
Deletion dates will not be accurate for any items deleted before Confluence 7.14. This is because we did not store this data in earlier Confluence versions. The date displayed in the trash page is the date your site was first upgraded to Confluence 7.14 or later. Anything deleted after this date has an accurate deletion date.
The instructions on this page apply to AWS IAM Identity Center. They do not apply to AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM). IAM Identity Center users, groups, and user credentials are different from IAM users, groups, and IAM user credentials. If you are looking for instructions on deleting users in IAM, see Deleting an IAM user in the AWS Identity and Access Management User Guide.
Deactivating a user doesn't seem to prevent the ability to see or assign them tasks, this is useless to us and, in fact, is a risk that a task will be assigned to a resource that doesn't exist. What if Jane Smith is deactivated and we hire another Jane Smith (are we supposed to change our email naming convention to fit this restriction)? What about our own security policies of deleting (not deactivating) unused or removed user accounts? It is such a bad look to be able to see accounts of people that aren't actually employed by my Firm and really hard to justify why this product prevents us from operating within our agreed upon protocols. Did a group of actual Smartsheet users recommend this? Is there value to this that isn't readily apparent?
Your credit card information is connected to your Squarespace subscriptions, such as websites, domains, or Acuity, not your Squarespace account. If you are the owner of an active site or other subscription where your card is used for payment, your card will remain on file for the subscription after you delete your account, and it may be charged again if the subscription auto-renews.
If you connected your Squarespace account to Unfold, deleting your account deletes all Unfold data and content linked to your Squarespace account. To learn how to prepare your Unfold data for deletion, visit Deleting your Unfold data. Keep in mind:
5. If you delete the Find My app, sharing location relationships are not broken. After deleting Find My, select Settings > Apple ID > Find My > Friends. Tap into any Friend, and at the bottom of the info card, tap Stop Sharing My Location. For AirTag and other non-Apple accessories using the Find My network, owners will lose visibility to these previously paired items.
Upgrading the Control Center version or changing the instance ID can result in a large numberof outdated internal topics. Manual deletion of these topics can be time consuming, and canresult in unexpected behavior if you delete the wrong topics. You can use a cleanup script called control-center-cleanup to deletetopics associated with an older instance of Control Center.
The following image shows an old set of internal topics prefixed with_confluent-controlcenter-6-1-0-1 and a new set prefixed with _confluent-controlcenter-6-2-0-1after Control Center was upgraded from version from 6.1.0 to 6.2.0.
Uncheck the Show by Default in Calendar for the Cancelled status by going to Settings > Calendar so it doesn't show up visually on your calendar by default (just like deleting it, but doesn't wipe away from your system).
When you delete your account, any linked business account associated with that account will also be deleted. If you wish to keep your linked business account, you must unlink your business account before deleting your personal account.
Note that after deactivating your account, your email address and username still remain tied to that account. You will not be able to create a new Pinterest account with that same email address or username. If you wish to free up an email address or a username that is tied to an existing Pinterest account, you have two options:
As mentioned above, sometimes Reclaim will fail to fully clean up the calendar due to rate limiting from Google's APIs. If you are finding after waiting an hour that Reclaim still hasn't cleaned up your calendar, try running the process again by performing the following steps:
6. Delete the associated resources. For example, you're deleting a Network Interface and the Requester ID is amazon-elb. Use the value in the Description field of the Elastic Network Interface to identify the load balancer. Then, navigate to the Load Balancer section of the Amazon EC2 console, locate the load balancer, and delete it.**
Note:** If the network interface is a primary one, then it's deleted when you delete the instance.
Deactivating your X account is the first step to deleting your account permanently. Deactivation lasts 30 days. If you do not access your account within the 30-day deactivation period, your account is deleted and your username will no longer be associated with your account.
Deactivating your X account does not automatically cancel a X subscription. If you have any active paid subscriptions (e.g., X Premium, Super Follows) purchased through the X app, they will remain active. You can manage these subscriptions through the platform where you originally subscribed. Subscriptions purchased on X.com will automatically cancel after you deactivate your account.
Got it. So Sharepoint forms apps are those when you customise a form of a Sharepoint List through the powerapps editor. If you want to delete these, you will have to delete the Sharepoint List corresponding to these form apps. If it is a trial environemnt that you were testing these things, I recommend to go to the Sharepoint list and delete that and come back to the admin center and check again.
