Wewant all our guests to have a pleasant time while staying at our resort. If you feel someone is rude, staring at you, taking your picture or in any other way making you feel uncomfortable, please speak up and let our staff know.

These days, we all take selfies. Naturists staying at Barefeet Naturist Resort also love to take pictures. When doing this, keep in mind that you can NOT take photos or make video recordings during your stay at Barefeet Naturist Resort where ANYONE else can be seen in your photo unless you have asked them specifically if they want to be in your photo and they have specifically agreed to be in your photo. We take your privacy very seriously! If you see anyone taking photos that may include you without having asked you, please ask them to delete the image immediately and please also mention the incident to the resort management.

Be kind and mindful towards others. Introduce yourself but do not intrude if the other guest does not invite for further conversation. Inform the staff if you feel someone is bothering you and we will deal with it discreetly right away.

Singles are welcome.. Barefeet Naturist Resort is geared towards naturists. Couples and singles who understands the non-sexual nature of our lifestyle are equally welcome. Minimum age is 18 years old except for children accompanied by their parents or legal guardian (proof may be required) are accepted.

Do I need to take off my clothes as soon as I am inside the resort? Yes. Walking around in your street clothes is frowned upon. This is a naturist resort and we expect our guests to be comfortable with this. If you need to wear something at first, we suggest that you wear only a towel or sarong. Women can certainly wear bottoms during their monthly period. First time naturists will find plenty of support and understanding if they prefer to wait a bit with taking off their clothes. For most naturists, the first time is a big step.

This extremely beautiful boutique hotel became a naturist haven for the next three years on the auspicious day of 11. November 2019 when Disraporn Yatprom signed a leasing contract with the current owners, whose son - currently the manager - is going away to get a masters degree from Germany.

Disraporn signed the contract in her capacity as Managing Director & President of Barefeet Co., Ltd. - the same company that now also manages Barefeet Naturist Resort in Bangkok. The company has a capital of 4 mill. Thai Baht and was set up specifically with the purpose of expanding the Barefeet Group of naturist resorts in Thailand.

Heaven Hill Resort in Trang is located hundred meters from Had Yao Pier and a few hundred more for the Had Yao Beach - up on a small hill that makes the need for protective fencing unnecessary. From the eight rooms of the resort and the swimming pool deck and the restaurant, there is a direct view of the majestic lime stone rocks shooting out of the ground, that the Trang Province is so famous for - and to the other side, you can enjoy the view of the blue waters of the Andaman Sea and Koh Libong in the distance.

The nearest airport is Trang Airport. We can arrange taxi Meter for you to go to Barefeet Heaven Hill. It will take about 45 - 50 minutes and cost is around 480 THB plus 50 THB for service charge. If you need private taxi it cost 800 THB. Please inform us the airline details at least 1 day in advance. Here is a recent flights timetable for all flights serving Trang Airport - it changes monthly but most flights stay valid:

First of all, you will go down the steep hill - about thirty meters elevation - to enjoy the southern Thai kitchen at the restaurant on the pier, owned and managed by the owners of the resort, by the way. The village is not dependent on tourism income from foreigners and that shows in the most charming ways. All signs are in Thai, but you are surrounded by helpful Thais, who are only happy to help translate for you. Turn back Thailand twenty years, and you will understand what I mean.

In the morning, the fishermen come in and provide a colourful scenario of sorting the fish and shrimps and crabs in the different baskets and carry them off to trucks waiting to bring them to the market in Trang. If you spot a delicious one, buy it and ask the restaurant to prepare it for your lunch!

After the morning hustle and bustle, a few hundred meter down the road, you will find the long, almost endless beach where there are several opportunities to find niches to be naked that will offend no-one, simply because few locals venture that far from the main access roads to the beach. The simple rule is: If there is nobody to offend, how can you offend anybody?

The beach restaurants at the beginning of the beach offers renting of ATV four wheelers that drives smoothly on the beach. You can also rent a kayak and paddle along the coast. That way, you may even spot a dugong, this rare and nearly extinct mammal that lives only in this area where they feeds on the special sea-grass that grows here in the shallow waters.

Speaking of nature, from the hill of the Barefeet resort itself, a common sight towards the North is the majestic, white breasted brown sea eagles circling over the waters at the mouth of the river leading up to Trang. To the other side, don't be surprised to spot a hornbill sliding over the jungle. On the grounds, we have giant monitor lizards checking out the lawns for worms and caterpillars in the morning. And like anywhere in Thailand, in the evening we host an abundance of frogs and toads and geckos and bats and tukays. And of course the occasional mosquitoes that they all feed on. To ensure that the mosquitoes remain exclusively the feed of these natural inhabitants of the jungle hill, you will find several kinds of insect repellents in your room.

On a lazy day, you may want to go to soak in the local hot spring - outside in the public ponds or inside in huts housing 5 to 6 thermae visitors. The water bubbling out of the ground flows into pools of scalding hot water with temperatures ranging from a punishing 48 degrees Celsius to a mere 35 degrees hot tub feel, but still rich in minerals and benefits. An elevated footpath takes you past insect eating plants and tree specious that you have never seen before, adapted to the strange habitat off heat and sulfur.

Yes, bus is the most convenient option and also the best in terms of cost. We are usually nude on the beach, but there can be situations where we cover up temporarily when outsiders come across the beach.

I think my first barefooting experiences started many years ago. I first started out being barefoot at home, checking the mail, bringing out the garbage or simply on my porch and in the yard. I just loved the feeling of grass and other new sensations from various surfaces. The hardest for me was gravel and rocks the size of marbles.

Later on, as I got more use to being a closet barefooter, it was around 2 years ago in an early warm spring. The river was still frozen in many places, the trees have not even began to bud yet. The air was still cool because of the ice on the river, however, the sun was making the ground very warm and pleasant to walk barefoot. The walkway I was on was very rough on the feet (see photo) so I was basically taking baby steps; then take the refuge on the grass from time to time because my feet were getting sore. Along the way, I did see others lounging on the picnic tables, park benches barefoot, but that was the limit to them being barefoot.

Finally I had spent the day at my favorite spot called Bare River. This is my Naturist destination away from home. After some time enjoying the sun and listening and watching nature, I packed up and since it was warm enough now, I remained in my shorts and t-shirt. packed my jeans, shoes and jacket away in my backpack. Again, walked though the cold icy waters towards the bike path and climbed the hill with my bike barefoot. brushed off my feet from random gravel so that when I cycle back the 25km the rocks would not irritate my feet from the flat but hard bike pedals.

The last photo I took was about 12.5km away from home, decided to take a selfie and show you guys my barefoot pedals that I use. I highly recommend them or like them, if you wish to take your bike out barefoot. =)

I hope this blog may help some people and guide them on the right path by training your mind how to deal with some of the negativity un educated minds may think towards the barefoot lifestyle and properly help give you the right mindset to educate these individuals. After all, Barefoot is Legal!

My third real experience at barefoot living was when I was visiting my local Naturist campgrounds called La Pommerie I told myself that if I wanted to truly feel free, I was gonna leave everything at the gate, including footwear. And I did, I left the car with nothing but a smile upon my face and I did not regret it.

My feet were still sensitive at this stage and still learning & teaching my feet how to deal with the random surfaces around the campgrounds so I was basically teaching myself how to walk all over again. I loved the sensations of random feelings upon my feet, the grass, gravel, mud even the river. I remember one moment where there was a bridge in the forest and I took it upon myself to take the road less traveled on and walk adjacent to the bridge in the creek that was beside it and did not even think twice. I was going to walk across it without taking the bridge. I had my friend Alex with me and he thought that I was being hardcore as he smiled and decided to take the bridge anyway.

My second memory of practicing barefoot living after my first blog was when I was taking mass transportation. Back then, I was more percy to the point where I made sure my feet were perfectly clean so I may take the sandals off and rest my feet on the bus seat in front of me. I had a rule. If your feet are dirty, do not put your feet up on the seat because I understood that if people seen your feet up and they were not clean they would have a reason for confrontation.
