TheDragonflight campaign covers the overarching storylines of the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion. Stepping back from the high-stakes of Shadowlands, Dragonflight deals more with exploration and adventuring and dealing with not-so-cosmic threats...

The four major factions in Dragonflight each have their own campaign storylines. Similar to the four covenants of Shadowlands, the factions each have their own Renown. Renown is gained by earning reputation, of which 2,500 is required to earn one point of Renown. Unlike the Shadowlands covenants, all four Dragonflight major factions can be joined at the same time and worked on in parallel. In addition, most unlocks are account-wide.

Additionally, other quest chains were added in this patch, including the Old Hatreds storyline in Ohn'ahran Plains, the Heritage of Draenor storyline for orcs, the Lion's Heritage storyline for humans, the second half of the Winterpelt Furbolg storyline in the Azure Span, and unlocking access to old troll-related armor and recipes via the [Relics of a Fallen Empire] achievement and the [1-70] Restored Hakkari Bijou quest.

WoWhead was the one I found when I went searching after the last thread, but even that said 60 at the time, though I think it was still reflecting beta notes. Likely it just needs to be updated to the retail version which, still, is level 60.

Yes, just confirmed today, in July of 2024, You can go through the portal to DF at 58, you can get all your profession updates, to include fishing and cooking, you can even go head and max out your DF fishing while 58, however, thats about it, then you have to go level up to 60 elsewhere, once you hit 60, the questline pops for ya.

If you're new to World of Warcraft and have never created or leveled a character, you will automatically begin your journey into Azeroth with the Exile's Reach starting experience. Here you will learn the basics of your class and the fundamentals of interacting with the world you've become a part of.

After completing the adventure, you'll move into Battle for Azeroth, where you'll be able to dig into the conflict between the Alliance and the Horde and level to 60 before moving on into the Dragon Isles and the new high-level areas introduced in Dragonflight.

If you're a veteran player or you've leveled a character before, you can opt out of the Exile's Reach starting experience and begin at level 1 in the starting area for your race instead. Upon reaching level 10, you can continue into Battle for Azeroth or speak with Chromie to choose a Timewalking Campaign. Choose an expansion and continue leveling until you're ready to enter the Dragon Isles at level 60.

Players with Allied race characters will begin at level 10. Non-Allied race Death Knights and Demon Hunters will automatically start at level 8 and play through their own starting experience before moving on at level 10.

Along with a level cap of 70, Dragonflight will have players busy with a new set of features to explore. To take the first step, however, our heroes of the Alliance and Horde will need to know where to begin the Dragonflight quests.

Members of the Alliance will be notified to meet with Wrathion near Stormwind Keep. Follow a short quest chain that will have you gather the Artisans, Explorers, and Scholars needed for the expedition to the Dragon Isles. After speaking with Dervishian and Archmage Khadgar in Stormwind City, you'll receive the quest "Chasing Storms" that will guide you to Stormwind Harbor and the "To the Dragon Isles!" quest from Storm Hunter William. Prepare to set sail!

That said, make the best of your alts journey and aim to hit Renown levels 10 and 20 on your main characters. Doing so will help earn Renown faster at the lower Renown levels for your alts and open up a treasure trove of rewards like toys, transmogs, and dragonriding customizations.

This hero class serves as both a race and a class in combination. Created by Neltharion the Earth-Warder, the essence of dragons was combined with the adaptability of the mortal races to create an elite soldier capable of switching from a draconic form to a humanoid form. Long in a magical stasis, they are now awakening in the Forbidden Reach to a new reality and begin reclaiming their fractured memories. Players with Dragonflight can create their first level 58 Dracthyr Evoker. To learn more, read through our article.

Vault of the Incarnates is the first raid players will experience in Dragonflight, featuring eight all-new boss encounters available in four difficulties: Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. The details and information to help you get started can be found in our article.

While going through quests in legion, once I have hit lvl 60, chromie transported me to stormwind, i just turned the quests in and went back to legion, unknowingly that started dragonflight quest line and i one hit kill everything in legion.

The good news is, even if you are not creating a Dracthyr character, you can still visit the Dragon Isles yourself. In this page of IGN's World of Warcraft wiki guide, we walk you through the quests you will need and how to get to the Dragon Isles.

To unlock travel to Dragon Isles for the first time, you will need to accept The Dragonscale Expedition quest line. This quest line is available to all players, but Horde and Alliance players will start their quests at different locations.

When you log into World of Warcraft for the first time after purchasing and downloading the Dragonflight expansion, you will automatically receive the first quest in the chain, The Dragon Isles Await.

To accept the first quest in The Dragonscale Expedition quest line for the Horde, travel to Orgrimmar and seek out Ebyssian. You will be asked to gather Artisans, Explorers, and Scholars for the expedition to the Dragon Isles.

To accept the first quest in The Dragonscale Expedition quest line for the Alliance, travel to Stormwind City and seek out Wrathion near the Stormwind Keep. After speaking with Wrathion, just like in the Horde quest line, you will be asked to gather Artisans, Explorers, and Scholars for the expedition to the Dragon Isles.

Finding the best World of Warcraft: Dragonflight quest addon is a herculean and sometimes, daunting task. The world of mods and addons in WoW is ever-changing, with updates breaking those addons seemingly on a daily basis. More to the point, some players need an addon that does more than just provide a big, glowing green arrow in the direction of your quest. Allow us to point you in the direction of one of the best kept secrets in Dragonflight quest addons, BtWQuest.

BtWQuest describes itself on Curse Forge as "A quest journal that shows your progress within quest chains in a simple and easy to follow manner, showing not only your current quest but also all the future quests in the line, how they all connect and other quest lines they lead to or require.". However, the feature that's truly neat about this addon comes in the form of laying out quest chains in one place. No more must you run around the map aimlessly or try and follow inane WoWHead comment threads while trying to figure out where to quest next.

If you're the type of player that wants to see where you've been, BtWQuest is the best Dragonflight quest addon you aren't using. The ability to see what you've already done and where is a time saver, especially in an expansion full of small side missions and hidden gems. For example, I may never have found the questline to buy the Scrappy Snail mount and grind Magmotes until my eyes bleed without BtWQuest.

The addon is also modular, meaning you can download the quest libraries you need and not the ones you don't, saving space and time. The most impressive feature of BtWQuest comes in the form of showing quest prerequisites, eliminating the guesswork once needed. In all honesty, is there anything worse than thinking you're about to go start a new quest chain and realizing you don't know if you qualify?

There are plenty of addons that just get you from point A to point B, but BtWQuest is the only one that cares about the journey and not the destination. We recommend you check it out and make your journey through Azeroth and the Dragon Isles a bit more organized.

Stuck trying to complete the Rapid Fire Plans quest in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight? This quest is pretty straightforward once you know where in The Waking Shores you need to look. Unfortunately, picking up the quest doesn't automatically mark the locations of the enemies on your map, so you'd be forgiven for not knowing where to go to find them.

You'll pick up the Rapid Fire Plans quest from the NPC Arcadia Chistlestone at the Life Vault Ruins, just west of the Skytop Observatory in The Waking Shores. The quest asks you to collect Primal Flame Fragments from Primalist forces in Hornswog Hollow, but this named location isn't shown on the map and there is no quest objective marker either.

A prevalent issue in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight has been the need to juggle daily quests around the game's arbitrary quest log cap, and Blizzard realized that the best solution to the problem was a simple one, as the development team increased the quest log cap for all players by a significant amount. This comes as a welcome change for most World of Warcraft players, as they would often hit the cap even while leveling throughout the zones of the Dragon Isles.

With Dragonflight reverting its changes to daily quests, this was the last problem players faced in the new World of Warcraft expansion. As Blizzard sets the stage for the Vault of the Incarnates raid opening up on December 12, it was crucial to ensure a smooth experience for everyone else. Though it's too early to tell, player impressions so far compare Dragonflight to Legion or Mists of Pandaria rather than Warlords of Draenor or Shadowlands.
