Youcan easily use multiple modpacks, or vanilla versions (it is highly recommended to make each version use a separate profile), by setting up multiple profiles, each with their own game directory and "mods" folder (you don't have to install Forge more than once per version; in the launcher profile settings you can choose which game version to use and Forge will be listed alongside the vanilla versions).

I even use it to run my own mods, which are manually installed old-school jar mods, without any issues (manual mod installation is quite different from the pre-1.6 launcher days, where you only had to add files and delete META-INF (of course, there was only one "minecraft.jar" and "profile", making it much harder to have multiple instances); you have to copy and rename and edit files or the launcher will simply reset a modified jar. Even so, it takes me a minute to install a new mod; the most time-consuming and error-prone part is editing the json, for which reason I distribute a pre-modified json).

Why do I still play in 1.6.4?

I am trying to run a minecraft modpack from Twitch. The modpack runs in minecraft version 12.2, so it uses the old minecraft launcher. When I try to launch it, the following is displayed in the game output:

@-Matt-I know it's a wipe day, but why it is taking 4 hours to fix the launcher for the normal players while the big streamers can play from the second the game is wiped? And second question, why the EFT site is on maintenance??

yup....always the same, after so many hours...i know everything is under stress right now with so many trying to get in but, not even laucher ? cant get one right, from all 5 dudes im the only one that keeps coming back to this..guess i like pain -.-

Any of you got it working? I open the launcher and it's just a blank page with nothing to click on.

When it does open normaly, I press play and get error 103003 gatewaytimeout.

Not sure if something on my end that I didn't do right or if I just need to wait.

Edit: Now besides that error it also shows ERROR: 1000

Was playing on a modded minecraft server( one that i setup) as soon as I opped myself in-game the client crashed and malwarebytes popped up a ransomeware warning. Pretty sure this is false positive as nothing on my system could cause this looks to have been triggered by something in-game

Today when I hopped into the end portal in modded Minecraft, MalwareBytes blocked jawaw.exe here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\jre-x64\bin/javaw.exe and marked it as ransomware. I am playing the Skyfactory 4 modpack using the MultiMC 5 launcher.

Transferred to a new PC, copied everything over and yet all my objects and triggers are gone. It's like the program reset completely. Unsure if there is a way to actually make this process easy or if I am going to have to remake everything all over again. Anyone have advice on the matter?

It won't authenticate or de-authenticate from Twitch (unless I go into my Twitch settings and do it from my connections list), so I can't get the channel point redeem for TITS to work! Help please! D:

so i've been trying to put in triggers for chat messages and commands but it's not triggering. i have the capitalization ignored and the message matching enabled (i've even disabled it). still doesn't work

Me and several of my Vtuber friends have been having issues with the program for a while now. It fails to connect to twitch bot most of the time, and while at first some of my redeems still triggered, now none do anymore. Any chance this issue will ever be fixed?

I have been unable to "connect to VTS" :((

Every time I click it it freezes the program. I wait a few minutes and then it unfreezes but is still unable to connect. I can connect to Twitch just fine though. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

for a while ive sadly been having an issue with the program where itll completely freeze everytime i open it. Sometimes it'll load perfectly fine but on obs itll freeze everytime, or sometimes show invisible things hitting me like someone mentioned below! Is there anything to fix this at all?

I'm having a problem since a couple days ago, for some reason, when I connect TITS to Twitch, the Twitch Bot keeps disconnecting no matter what I do, I checked and Remasuri_Bot is not banned in my channel so I don't know what to do

I think if you relog into this website you can see that you purchased it! Just click on the arrow to the right of your icon in the top right corner of the window and then click library! You should be able to see your purchases there!

Got a new computer and moved all the data over from the previous one to the new one, but none of my items or triggers seem to transfer over. Is there any way to fix this or something that is being overlooked? Maybe a future update can consider a way to export triggers, unfortunately, it seems I will have to make them all over again

Hey I keep getting an error where when I try to change the resolution it just says "Dropdown Item 1" all the way from 1 through 5 and won't allow me to exit full screen mode. It also won't allow me to edit my trigger settings for throws that I had set up earlier. Please help.

After the most recent Windows 11 update, I've found that OBS is no longer capturing TITS. I've attempted a number of different things including attempting to capture the TITS window itself using window capture instead of game capture, but that just captures my desktop and everything on it that TITS covers.

hello! im having issue where TIT system. it shows in the tit system im throwing and hits the model but in obs the item is invisible so it shows literal nothing hitting me? i reinstalled it and check settings i cant think of anything causing this issue

I started having the same issue after the most recent Windows 11 update. The model reacts to the thrown object and I can see the object in TITS, but TITS itself is not being captured by OBS. I attempted different capture methods but OBS simply will not capture TITS anymore.

When i try to connect twitch to the program, it gets stuck in the redirection screen. i don't know what to do. i tried a different wifi, tried restarting my computer, closed and reopned the link in a different browser but still nothing.

As many have stated, mine as well has been disconnecting from twitch very often, it also resets some of the settings I put in for item sizes and what not. Hopefully an update comes out soon because I've had to quit using the program unfortunately until then. Thank you still though for such a fun interactive program! I'm sure we all hope for the best here!

My program hasn't worked with Twitch in months. I've deauthenticated it so many times and every time I try to reauthenticate, a tab opens and immediately closes without giving me an option to approve anything, and then says my Twitch account was authenticated, but it REFUSES to communicate with my Twitch alerts.

Haven't opened this in a while, so when I did I updated and launched normally. But the entire window size is messed up and I can't manually resize it, nor have it maximize to my monitor size. I'm unable to hit the settings button at the bottom due to this and can't toggle it fullscreen, is this a bug or something on my end?

Would like to update and say, the one time i was able to access settings before this - there were no resolution sizes available even though it said I was on 1920x1080 (and it definitely was not). I installed a ResizeEnabler tool for Windows to manually resize the window to access the settings, and now I have it in the correct resolution and it's working again. If anyone else has this issue, this is what solved it for me! Even restarting my PC before trying this did not work.

For some reason, when I launch OBS now and test out the TITS program, the items will be thrown and I can hear the sound but I can't see the actual items. I'm not sure what to do as I've tried reinstalling and everything.

It updated and now all of my items that i uploaded are gone??? I spent a lot of time on my triggers and theyre just not there anymore. What the heck? Is there any way to fix it or am i just screwed and have to do all of it over again?

How to you unset a hotkey?

Also, can we get support for F13-F24 as hotkeys? Those are the only keys that are guaranteed not to conflict with anything else, so I use those for discord PTT and other stuff, but TITS doesn't recognize them.

Although it is impossible due to some recent updates, to download RLCraft as a package from forge servers this installation method is rather complicated. As such most people choose one of two alternative services for launching the modpack that are both rather easy.

Overwolf (CurseForge) and Technic are both alternative launchers. Once you download and install either simply search for the modpack, install it and hit the play button. It is however highly recommended to use the Overwolf/CurseForge launcher, as it causes far less issues and is much easier to work with. It will also allocate the right amount of RAM required for the modpack right off the bat, which Technic will not do. Generally speaking, Technic should only be used by those already experienced with it.
