Let me start by saying the following instructions are for PC specifically. I do not nor have ever owned a Mac and therefore cannot give specific instructions, however, I cannot see them being drastically different although there may be a few minor differences. I have contacted the BlueStacks company with the hopes that they can work with me, or Topix I should say, to give full detailed and updated instructions for both platforms.

If you do NOT have a GMAIL address and do not wish to create one, the next option for you is to have an Amazon account with which you can select the Amazon App Store Icon, sign-in and then search for and install Tapped Out from there.

Ultimately as BlueStacks is considered an Android companion application or just an Android app, it is highly recommended that you create a GMAIL address so that you can sign in and have the entire Google Play Store catalog at your disposal.

This does NOT mean that you have to create a new Springfield or that you will lose your town if you are an IOS player. All you have to do once you install the game from the Play Store is to sign in using your existing Origin ID and viola! Tapped Out on your PC.

Note: I have seen a few comments regarding players who got Tapped Out installed correctly but are seeing flashes, blotches, etc. This issue is NOT something me or anyone here can help you with other than to suggest removing BlueStacks and starting over. Every PC/Mac is different as far as capabilities, hardware, specifications, etc. All we can assist with is getting BlueStacks installed and getting Tapped Out installed. We are simply trying our best to promote another way to enjoy the game but are not responsible for technical support as we did not create the application.

I sincerely hopes this helps to explain the process at least a little better than before. If not and you are still having trouble please feel free to comment and I will work with you as best I can. Hopefully those of you who wish to play Tapped Out using this method will successfully be able to do so.

PC emulators are not an approved methode for playing tsto, according to official EA.
You can ask those who created the emulators and those who destributes them in your country to include the game but know that since it is mot an approved platform EA has no obligation to help you if you have issues.

Maybe the emulator hasnt kept up with the apps? EA does not see this as a valid platform so you cant get help via EAs support. Check for malware as these emulators tend to attract a lot of infectios things.

Hi Im having problem with gmail account in bluestacks.. it says sync error and when i tried to sync it the contacts and and people details failed to sync.. i tried uninstall and reinstall bluestacks but still the same.. please help

I get a green screen. I can her the game in the background, but can not see it. When i move the mouse around and click randomly, I can hear something happening in the game.. though still one big green screen.

I get the same black screen. uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing. It says loading settings at top left then nothing. At one point it goes to homer, then green screen and nothing. ? i wanted to play big screen i was all excited lol. OH WELL!! back to my tablet

Okay, I randomly clicked into the blackness and I got the intro animation (blowing up Springfield.) After the animation, I now have a green screen and music. Random clicking seems to be causing actions as I am hearing completion sounds.

Help! my bluestacks loks like the 1 in the video so i type tapped out in the search box and it come up but when i type install and it says searching appstores it doesnt come up only cums up with other apps like tapped out hints

i get the same error as chris who posted on 18/02/2014. there has been no reply to this issue. When i load the game i have a huge white rectangle in the top right hand corner it takes up one quarter of the screen. Do you have any idea what is causing this issue?

I can only verify my installation experience and do not have enough knowledge of the software to really help but I have found and used their support forum so maybe you can get your answer there. Good luck!

this is pretty hard on windows 8 (well i actually use windows 8.1). I had to extract with winrar then go into properties and change the compatibility settings. because of that, it has been working perfectly.

I have created an input map which makes it possible to use the keyboard for certain features in the game.
With it you will be able to move through your town with WASD, access the menus that are located in the bottom right corner (build, move, friends etc.) with 1-6, move left and right in the build menu and inventory with the arrow keys and click the free character icon in the top left corner with Q.

I gave it a shot yesterday, but all I got when I tried to start my game was a black window. I let it go for about 15 min. I tried it a few more times and got the same result. So I tapped out (no pun intended) and uninstalled it.

i had the same problem with app sync. I went to settings, all, searched app sync, deleted the cache and data and then i was able to enter my gmail account. Maybe the same with 1-click sync? You may give it a try.

ich habe mir Bluestacks installiert um Hay Day auf meinem Rechner spielen zu knnen. Nach der installation, die auch super ohne Fehler geklappt hat, habe ich Hay Day installiert und musste zu meinem bedauern merken das ich nach dem start der App nur ein schwarzes Bild kriege. Zwar ist der Sound vorhanden aber ich habe ein schwarzen Monitor vor mir.

Hey also ich hab mir ein paar Dinge bei Bluestack und Google angesehen und denke das es nur an deinem System liege kann. Laut Google sind einige Konfigurationen / Systeme nicht damit kompatibel bzw. zicken rum. Am besten schau mal auf Google Seite 1. Bluestack and hay day.

ich danke Dir fr die schnelle Antwort . Ich habe natrlich auch etwas im Internet recherchiert und ausprobiert, jedoch hat mir alles nichts gebracht. Aber, ich werde es jetzt mal mit der VM ausprobieren.

ich wollte nur mal Bescheid geben das sich mein Problem geklrt hat. Es lag an den Grafiktreiber den ich erst neu installiert habe nvidia 335,23 WHQ, nachdem ich diesen mit dem Treiber vom Januar dieses Jahres ausgetauscht habe, luft alles einwandfrei.

Ich habe versucht Bluestacks zu installieren aber bei der installation steht bluestacks sei bereits installiert. (habe vorher schonmal installiert bei der installation ist mein pc aber gecrasht) wollte es deinstallieren aber bluestacks war nicht im dateimanager zu finden.

Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich mchte gerne Bluestacks 5 auf meinem PC installieren aber es funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich habe auch unter Windows 11 die Virtualisierung im Bios aktiviert. Sobald ich Bluestacks mit Doppelklick ffne, fngt er an die Updates zu ziehen und ab einen bestimmten Punkt kommt immer folgendes:

Ich habe einen AMD Ryzen 7 3700x ,Asus RTX 2070 Super Dual OC, 32GB Ram, SSD Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB, HDD 2TB. Ich kann jegliche Spiele und Emulatoren ausfhren aber der Bluestack 5 ist stndig am meckern, dass ich die Mindestanforderung nicht erflle, was natrlich nicht der Fall ist. Mein Ram ist nicht mal ansatzweise ausgelastet.

Hat jemand vielleicht eine Idee wie man diesen Fehler beheben kann ? Das Programm kann mir nicht erzhlen, dass die Leistung unbefriedigend ist. Ich habe kaum was am PC installiert und alles andere funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.

Immer wenn ich BlueStacks starte crasht mein PC. "Ein Problem ist aufgetreten :( der Computer muss neu gestartet werden. 25%..." oder sowas. Habe dann immer kurz ein Standbild und so ein rauschen bevor das kommt. Wenn ich meinen PC dann wieder starte dann ist das BlueStacks Logo wei bzw. hat kein Icon. Hey, ich habe den Bluestacks App Player einmal deinstalliert weil ich gar nichts mehr machen konnte und er sich komplett aufgehngt hatte. Gestern habe ich mir wieder bluestacks runtergeladen und neu installiert. Erst steht da "Spieldaten werden geladen" und nach kurzer Zeit kommt man zur Initialisierung. Heute morgen um sieben Uhr habe ich es gestartet und es "initialisiert" jetzt um 5 Uhr immer noch. Kann mir jemand sagen ob 10 Stunden normal sind und ob man das irgendwie anders regeln kann? Also ich habe ein Steam Deck. Und es gibt die Mglichkeit Windows Anwendungen zu installieren, wenn man die exe in Steam als Steamfremdes Game angibt und in den Einstellungen die Kompatibilittsmodus anmacht. Dann auf ausfhren und die Exe installiert sich ect. U.s.w. Funktioniert wirklich.

Hallo! Habe mir den BlueStacks App Player installiert. Problem: Ich finde die mit dem Player heruntergeladenen Dateien nicht auf meinem Computer. Die Auskunft "Speicherort unter Windows: C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\UserData\SharedFolder" hift nicht weiter; der SharedFolder ist leer. Fehler beim Download? Wei jemand einen Rat? Hey, ich habe bluestacks auf meinem Laptop und es startet sich immer mach dem ich denn Laptop starte aber in der app gibt es keine Option zum deaktivieren und im task manager steht das autostart nicht aktiviert ist?? Wie kann ich das deaktivieren?
