Terbium 0.5 release

Terbium v0.5 is now available at http://terbium.ca/trac/wiki/Downloads .

Summary of important changes:

- default template set supports a mobile/iphone mode for small screens
- asset files (.css, .js) may be generated from templates
- colour schemes are now supported by the default template set
- symbolic links can be used to link files (not directories) outside the "source" into your gallery
- shortcut (.link) files can now be used in place of symbolic links.
- quite a few bug fixes
