The default templates should allow a bit more flexibility; colour schemes
may not be sufficient. Custom styling should be possible; the alternative
is full cloning of a template set.

Comment:

Implemented as "custom-stylesheet" option in terbium.json. If the
configuration entry exists and the file also exists, it is
copied/refreshed to the target asset directory and it is added after the
terbium.css file in the default templates.
