Hi everybody,

We all had a lot of fun the other weekend at our overnight celebration, didn't we?

That event would not have been possible without the support of 4-H and especially Lynette Kay. It is very important that we show our appreciation to anybody that offers us help and support.

While people like Lynette (and myself for that matter) do not do what we do to be recognized. We do what we do for you kids. However, I can tell you that a simple gesture showing your appreciation, every once and a while, does help keep us going.

The thank-you that you all expressed to me at the FLL Championship event was very meaningful to me.

So, I am asking you all one more time (if you have not already done so) to please send Lynette (ls...@cornell.edu) an e-mail telling her how much fun we had at our overnight at the Cooperative Extension Building a couple weeks ago. Please copy me on your e-mail so I know that you sent it.

If you already sent one, thank you. Please send me a quick note to let me know that you sent one before today.

If I do not hear from at least half of the team by Monday, I will bring craft supplies to our Monday meeting. We can spend the time hand crafting a thank you, rather than working with Legos.
