mvn clean packageAfter the build completes, you will have a full binary distribution of Tephra under the tephra-distribution/target/ directory. Take the tephra-<version>.tar.gz file, and copy and extract it on to your systems.

Hi Jessie.
Where did you download the sandbox from? Most likely, if you downloaded it from a HortonWorks link, it does not include Tephra packages.
You can download the Tephra sources from here: http://tephra.incubator.apache.org/releases/0.12.0-incubating.html.
You can build tephra with maven:mvn clean packageAfter the build completes, you will have a full binary distribution of Tephra under the tephra-distribution/target/ directory. Take the tephra-<version>.tar.gz file, and copy and extract it on to your systems.
