If all other themes are working and viva not then they should help you further with this.
Also check if there is an index.html file in that theme and rename it index.html.bak and see if its working.
Index.html overruled the php file, so when you rename or remove that file it goes searching for index.php file.
See if that worked out.

Please contact Vivashop theme developers and ask them to check this issue. As you bought their license, hope they will check it free of charge as they a familiar with the structure of this theme

As we already discussed on our support site and from the post you've made when you started this topic you already have the answer to your questions.
The issues you have been running into are not related to our theme because you have modified CS-Cart core files and even a customized CS-Cart database schema so you cannot expect any theme to behave normally.
Unless we are specifically hired, it is not our job to diagnose custom code as it is up to the third party developer to ensure that the code is correct and debug it if necessary. So please be sure that the custom CS-Cart core file modifications work correctly and do not affect other parts of CS-Cart or make a fresh CS-Cart installation to avoid more issues in the future.
Furthermore, we came into the office on our free Christmas day to specifically assist you as we considered your issues an urgent matter and after spending 3 hours debugging your CS-Cart installation we fixed your index.html problem (that didn't allow ANY themes to work) and diagnosed your CS-Cart installation issues all free of charge. Hopefully you can appreciate this.

If you have a site server backup trough cpanel or directadmin you can remove the cscart and place an older backup that worked with a restore.
I make daily backups on my server, admin cs cart and HomeNas.
When you have that it easy to put everything back and problems are quickly solved.

However, if none of these styles fits your own preferences, or if you want to have your own branded colors on your site, we can create a custom color style in accordance to your custom preferred colors. The custom color style will be created in accordance to the theme coloring options which already exist in the VIVAshop Multi-Vendor theme. Any modifications which are outside of the theme coloring structure will require code changes, and will be consider custom development (not included in this color style creation service). Also, please note that this service refer strictly only to modifying theme colors in accordance to your own custom colors, it does not imply any other custom modifications.
A: If you purchased VIVAshop Multi-Vendor for Multi-Vendor (one storefront URL), in addition to the storefront URL that you have declared/registered during your purchase, you may also use the theme one development storefront URL for ongoing development/testings. In this case, please send your request to the "Licensing" department in order to provide the development URL address so that we may license it.
