I had a prior trial version of Sound Forge 10 that expired a month ago. I got a new copy of the full version, loaded it, and attempted to activate it, but the trial version popup comes up and won't accept the activation code/serial number. It keeps looping. I can't open the full version because something is still on the computer (even after uninstalling it previously) that thinks it's still the trial version that has expired. How can I get past this?
My suggestion is to find and download Revo Uninstaller, either the Free or paid-for (Pro) version, install it and allow it to remove everything connected with your installation of SF. (BTW, version 10 is now rather "old"; are you aware of that?)
Pro 10 is old, but once activated, works good and many folks prefer the legacy non-modal plug-in chainer and record UI.
Some folks though (including me) need to perform a (elevated privilege) registry tweak after some Win 10 updates. Setting it to 'run as administrator' works, if you do not mind the extra steps to launch.
Yeah,. I tried version 14, but I like 10 better. I'll have to check out Revo Uninstaller. Do you have any idea why the trial version pay popup won't go away, even after I did the normal uninstall? I uninstalled the trial version, then a week later installed the purchased version of SF 10, but the trial popup keeps blocking any kind of final registration/activation and I can't open Sound Forge V10. Any idea why that's happening?
The trial version pay popup won't go away in SF Pro 10? .. Is the current version you have from an old SCS installer? If you have a valid serial code (and the email address the product was registered to), you can download the final build from the Magix Download Center. Alternately you can also download your products and veiw your registered serial numbers in the "Magix Service Cemter > My Products"
In any case, uninstall the current installation with Revo Uninstall before reinstalling.
The weird thing is I did register it on the Magix website, and even did the download from there AFTER uninstalling every Sound Forge item I could find on the computer. Even the trail version of 14. And it still does it. I'll have to try the Revo Uninstall to see if that works. It's just odd because it shouldn't be an issue at all. Something about that trial version is tenaciously holding on and is hard to get rid of.
OK, well, the Revo Uninstaller unstalled what I downloaded, and I deleted some additional extensions, but I still can't get past that Trial Version Expired popup that won't accept the Activation/Serial Number. I downloaded the program straight from the Magix site. I really need to get this running. What can I do?
I downloaded Revo Uninstaller and uninstalled Sound Forge 10, since the licensing/trial popup wouldn't go away. When I reinstalled it again the popup was still there. I did get some help though, there was a license subfolder that wasn't uninstalled that I had to delete manually. Then I had to create a new folder for the Temp files and now it works!
I have a licensed version of Acrobat Pro XI. Today, on one of the computers, it says that the trial period of Acrobat Pro DC has ended and asks me to buy a license. I do not want Acrobat Pro DC, and want to continue to use Acrobat Pro XI.
I have a Mac system, running OS 10.11.6, but I did uninstall and clean with the cscleanertool.html. I couldn't find the pcd or slstore folders though (did the spotlight search). I restarted and reinstalled Acrobat Pro XI, but the same Acrobat Pro Dc window (asking me to buy a license) comes up.
I am willing to try again, but where can I find the pcd and slstore folder? Link says to go to Library/Application/Support/Adobe/SLStore, but I couldn't find the Library folder. I tried, in Finder, "Go", "Go to Folder", but it couldn't find a Library folder.
Hello. 2 days ago (around), I've installed (from Microsoft app store) a version trial of Photoshop Elements (to try and decide if purchased it the full or not). The problem is that when it was installed, only the first time it asked me a sort of 'what version do you prefer to try'? I selected Photoshop elements 2022 (I believe), or in any case a more old version.
Now, since I want to test and try the leatest version, I've tried to unistal and install again from microsoft but the photoshop elements seems it's launched always as 2022 (or something)...
But I remember that the very very first time I've tried to install (maybe it was photoshop elements from the site adobe instead of microsoft, I don't remember (since in these days I'm testing many others graphic paintings softwares trial). Anyway, the very first time I've installed the Photoshop elements and I remember to have selected the last version available (the one that says it requires at least 8 gb of ram . But when installed, I've tried to launch and not starting (it stay a long time to 'loading' something but nothing started. So I thought it was due to the lack of ram? Is possibile? Then I unistalled I remember , totally Adobe Photoshop elements and next day I've installed again from Microsoft app store (probably) it was that I 've installed 2 different versions, because the very first time there was no way to make launch it. But from microsoft store it was launched perfectly but it's when I said to use the old version (I believe 2022). Anyway I realize that I want to test the leatest version, (and I want to try on my other computer more powerful than my portable pc... but even if I unistall from microsoft it seems it launch always this 2022 version. Is it possible?
What I have to check , to understand if the trial version I'm trying is exactly what I will receive if I purchase the full software?
Thank you in advance for the help!
thank you I see... but why when I've installed the trial , Microsoft store , says that I would launch the 2022 version? (the 2022 version could run but when I've installed the 2023) it didnt launch at all... I'm afraid to purchase 2023 and then it will not run on my computer...
I will try to install again from Adobe the trial of Photoshop elements , to try the 2023... I hope it will run this time, even if I don't have 8 gb but I will try to expand memory...for now I hope I can make it run this time (who knows, maybe the other day didn't run not due the lack of ram, but maybe for some other problem). I will try again today. Maybe if one don't have 8 gb yet, it could run but with lags, but it's strange that don't run/launch at all (only the first part in which it says if choice Organizer or Photo Editor. When I select 'Photo editor', with the 2023 version, would not started, it was like it was loading something but blocked there...
Make an old PC live longer or a new PC run better with AVG TuneUp. Sleep Mode technology boosts speed and performance by forcing apps into hibernation, while disk and browser cleaners free up storage space.
Unnecessary programs, old toolbars and trial versions, and software that came preinstalled in your PC can take up space and cause trouble down the road. Which is why we make it easy to get rid of them.
Your PC starts accumulating junk from the very first day you use it: leftover Windows files, junk from the web, and more. Use Mac or Windows disk cleanup in AVG TuneUp to create more space for the things you need.
First, you can try using a PC cleaner tool to help remove any unnecessary files or programs that may be slowing down your computer. This will help to free up space on your hard drive and improve performance.

Hoping to evaluate the software for a possible later company purchase, I registered with ArcGis Online. As a test I uploaded a csv file with 1000 rows, containing 3 sets of data separated by ';' (zip code;street;value) and coded as UTF-8. However, after being told that the software couldn't map 370 of the locations (map of Japan), I ended up with a mere 123 points on the layer. Is this a limitation of the trial version or something else? In order to evaluate the application I need to see how it handles big data of at least 800 points or more. The system says that it will map up to 1000 points (which I assume is a limitation of the trial version) so I'm a bit confused ...
"When using addresses, the first 1000 rows of features are displayed. (The first 250 row of features are displayed if you are using a public account or are not signed in.) If you have publishing privileges in your organization, you can add a larger number of features to your map by publishing a hosted feature web layer."

Running a trial period of Nitro PDF Pro is the same as running an activated version. Thus, there should be no limitation while the trial period is active.
Could you please provide more details about cleaning all the entries and saved it? Were you able to open the PDF file in Adobe before performing these steps?
Is this behavior occurring to all the PDF files you open and edit in Nitro PDF Pro?
Are you seeing the same error when you open the PDF file on a web browser like
Kind regards,
