Fourth grade concert on May 28th!

Hi Everyone,
I’m emailing to confirm that the all-fourth-grade concert, featuring Sol y Canto, will be held at the town hall on Friday, May 28th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. This should be a fun event that brings kids from all 7 schools together and builds on the Teosinte curriculum. We hope that it will become an annual event.
Several of you had offered to be present and help out that day. There are 2 buses, and they’ll have to do 3 loops to pick up students at Dallin, Stratton and Brackett. (Other students will be walking, I believe, or perhaps there are dedicated buses for the other schools?) Some students will have a wait time before and after the concert, therefore. Below is the schedule.
> > 9:10 pick up Dallin
> > 9:40 pick up Stratton
> > 10:10 pick up Brackett

> > Concert 10:30-11:30

> > 11:45 Stratton return
> > 12:15 Dallin return
> > 12:40 Brackett return
For our purposes, I would ask those of you who are able to block out 9 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. that day, and I will give you specific tasks as soon as I know them. If you are able to help out for any portion of that time, that would also be great.
