New coordinator for Teosinte curriculum

Hello everyone,

 

I’m delighted to let you know that Elizabeth Dray will be taking over as the coordinator of the Teosinte curriculum beginning this summer.  Elizabeth will be working with me for the rest of this school year so that we can ensure a smooth transition. 

 

As you know, Elizabeth has been the Bishop school representative this year.  She has been one of the driving forces behind the Arlington-Teosinte Sister City Project since 2005, and has served as the organizational coordinator for over a year.  She visited Teosinte in 2008, and has maintained ongoing contact with villagers through phone calls and emails.  She knows Teosinte and this project and this curriculum extremely well, and is a gifted facilitator and organizer.  The curriculum will be in EXCELLENT hands!

 

I am grateful to Elizabeth and to all of you who are donating your time to bring this international friendship to life for our children and for the people of Teosinte.
