Iwanted to love this fragrance because I adore mango. I purchased the Vilhelm trial kit, with six of their most popular fragrances with Mango Skin as one of the samples. Unfortunately, it smelled like crayons on me. I would highly recommend getting a sample first before purchasing because you never know how it will smell on your skin. I am sure it's a perfect scent for the right person! I will say this fragrance did smell lovely on the actual spray, and it lasted a good 5-6 hours before the scent started to fade away.

Mango Skin is not just a fragrant extract, it is a bottle that hides an enigma of charm. An amazing bouquet of Mango Skin will win the heart of even a sophisticated person. A bottle of these perfumes must undoubtedly be an essential attribute of a sophisticated lover. The debut notes of this eau de parfum are violet, mango and orange. Plumeria, ylang-ylang and mango flower combine to create the playful heart of this perfume. Musk, civet, red wine and blackcurrant cover the aesthete of the described eau de parfum with unforgettable, sensual notes in the base.

I never fell for the hype over mango fragrances but I enjoy wearing fruity scents in summer.

This is a very realistic mango scent and I'm talking about the whole fruit - sweet, creamy mango pulp and green, fresh, slightly spicy mango skin. There are some hints of raspberry and passion fruit in the background as well but to me this is a full mango experience. The cedarwood at the base grounds the composition and provides a fresh, woody dry-down.

Overall, Vivid Mango is a true mango scent without unnecessary additions. It is quite simplistic yet very enjoyable and easy to wear. The longevity on my skin is really good. I think that it can be perfect for layering with other fragrances if you want to add a tropical touch to your scent.
