Hi neighbors,

Thanks to everyone for coming out last Sunday and making it another wonderful block party on the best block in Brooklyn! Special thank you to Caitlyn for organizing the bounce house, popcorn, and wine tasting. 

I wanted to update everyone on the block balance status.

• Pre-party balance: $1156.86
• Costs of bounce house, popcorn, wine tasting: -$1217.22
• 2026 dues collected so far (thank you!): $671
• Block Balance: $610.64

Please let us know if you have ideas you want to spearhead for the September block party.
